Tom Dekker

Tom Dekker has been working as a real estate advisor at BDO's Real Estate Valuation Services since February 2018. He mainly focuses on real estate valuations for Audit & Assurance, Tax and Advisory purposes. As Impact Manager of the BDO Impact Centre, Tom is involved in making BDO as an organization more sustainable.

Tom Dekker obtained his Bachelor's degree at the Hogeschool van Haarlem in Construction Management and Real Estate. In addition, Tom obtained the Pre master's degree at the Delft University of Technology in the field of Real Estate & Housing. Tom is currently completing the Taxateur BV training at the Academy of Real Estate as a candidate register appraiser.

Before BDO, Tom worked as a housing broker for 2.5 years and as a real estate advisor for a government agency for 4 years.
